Chapter 1 - Why we require 5G

1.     Latency less than 1ms

2.     High Speed Mobility Upto 500 KM/hr

3.     10 to 20 Gbps peak and 100 MBPS whenever Needed

4.     InterrAT Mobility between NR and Eutra

5.     In 3G we have NodeB In 4G we have -EnodeB , In 5G we have GnodeB

6.      Initially Rel 15 will be used

7.       Under R15 as of now NR NSA (New Radio-Non Standalone) to be used. NR SA is expected by end of 2018.

8.       NR Uses cases in R15:    

 A) eMBB (Enhanced Mobile Broadband)              

 B) URLLC (Ultra Reliability Low Latency Communication) 

 C) mMTC (Massive Machine Communication)
